Courtyard Rooms: Our beautifully decorated Courtyard Rooms have either a king-sized bed and sofa sleeper or two queen-sized beds. The kitchenette is equipped with full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishware. There is a dining area, gas or woodburning fireplace and private bath. All rooms have TV's with VCR and DVD rental available. Sleeps up to five.

Whirlpool Suites: Enjoy the added luxury of the Whirlpool Suite. It has a king-sized bed, a sitting area, bistro table, mini dry bar, gas fireplace and a two-person whirlpool tub in the room. It has an oversize TV with DVD. The private bath is a separate room.

Two-Bedroom Suites: These two comfortable suites are on the second floor and have a living room with a sleeper-sofa, a kitchenette and dining area, gas fireplace and TV/VCR. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has either a queen or double bed. Each bedroom has a TV. There is one private bath. Sleeps up to six. Rates are for up to four people.

Three-Bedroom Suite: This second floor grand suite has a large living room with wood-burning fireplace, oversize TV with DVD and VCR and a sofa sleeper. It is equipped with a full kitchen, dining area and sitting porch. It features three bedrooms each with a TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private shower/bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third small bedroom has double bed. There is a second full bath. Sleeps up to six. Completely refurbished in 2006. Rates are for up to four people.

Coach House Suite: This is a beautiful house set back from the inn offering georgeous views and privacy. This suite is on the second floor and has a master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom with whirlpool tub, second bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with a shower, large living room with sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, oversize TV with DVD and VCR, full kitchen and dining area, large deck. Sleeps up to six. Add the first floor suite for more room during the off season. Features a large bedroom with sitting area dining area, kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. Rates are for up to four people.

The Garden House Suite: This new home sits privately behind the inn with views of the lavender garden, the secret garden and the wide expanse of flowered meadow. This unit features three bedrooms all on ground level. Master bedroom with queen bed, private bath with whirlpool tub. Second bedroom with double bed, third bedroom with twin bunk bed on top and double on bottom, office with double sofa-sleeper, second full bathroom. Full kitchen with all amenities, dining area with two-way gas fireplace. Living room with gas fireplace. Outside terrace. Sleeps up to 9. Rate based on six people. Available only between July 17 and Aug. 17

• Additional Adults Ages 15 and up are $15 per night.

• Cribs, Rollaways, High Chairs are free.
• 3 night minimum Columbus Holiday and Fall Festival weekend at maximum rate.
• 2 night minimum Memorial Day holiday and weekends June through November at maximum rate or based on availability.

• In the event of a discrepency between rates listed here and prices in our printed rate guide, the rate guide shall take precendence.
• Specials may be available throughout the year. Prices subject to change without notice.
• Deposit Policy: One night deposit required within seven days of making reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to arrival date. There will be a $5 processing fee for cancellations.
• Early Departure Policy: Upon early departure you will be responsible for original reservation.
• Items Left Behind: We would be happy to mail you an item you left behind. We require a credit card number which we will charge the cost of mailing. There is a $5 handling fee for this service. We will hold lost items until the end of the year and then donate them to a local charity.
